What testing goes into Brain8?

Brain8 complies to all UK/European food safety legislation, with all appropriate testing carried out

Some of the ingredients do not have any listed benefit on the packaging. Why?

Legislation requires that we can only use European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) health claims on packaging and marketing material. There are no EFSA health claims for CoQ10 and piperine and therefore we cannot state the benefits of these ingredients as found by clinical studies.We have developed all of our supplements in conjunction with doctors, nutritionists, dieticians, and experts and have included the doses recommended by peer reviewed clinical studies – regardless of cost.Because there is no official EFSA claim in respect of certain ingredients, we cannot make a claim without failing to comply with legislation

Who cannot take Brain 8?

As with any nutritional supplement, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, if you have a known medical condition or are taking medication. Suitable for individuals 18 years and over

Can I take Brain8 while pregnant?

Brain8 is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women

Is Brain8 suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes, Brain8 is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans

Can I take Brain8 while on medication?

Is Brain8 suitable for coeliacs?

Yes, Brain8 is gluten-free

If I am undergoing cancer treatment, can I take Brain8?

Because cancer treatment typically involves a complex mix of pharmaceutical drugs and treatments, please speak with your Consultant, GP or Oncologist about the product and follow their advice on whether to take Brain8 during treatment. I would remove this question completely.  Not appropriate for food supplements

How do I use voucher codes?

To use a voucher code valid for silvrwellness.co.uk, simply enter the code when you see the ‘Enter Promo Code’ box in the checkout and press the ‘Apply’ button. Please note that multiple voucher codes cannot be used at the same time nor with Subscribe & Save orders

How do I see the progress of my order?

Tracking and order status can be found in the delivery update emails sent at every stage of the process

What is your returns policy?

Items can be returned if they are damaged, faulty, if we have made an error with the order, or if they are unwanted. Items need to be unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and in the original packaging. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.If an item is no longer required, then you have 14 days to contact us regarding the return of the item(s) from the date of receiving the order. You then have 14 days to return your item(s). If an item is damaged or faulty then you may be eligible for a refund up to 30 days after purchase. Between 30 days and six months, you're only entitled to a replacement, not a refund. Photographic evidence may be requested to support your claim for damaged, faulty or missing items. We will then process refunds accordingly on receipt of the items back to us.

How do I return items?

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently: 1. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation.2. Contact Customer Services at care@solv-uk.com, who will provide you with a freepost return address providing you are able to return your order under the returns policy outlined above. If postage is paid by customers, this cannot be refunded as we have a freepost system where no postage is required.3. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.Please note that international orders are not free to return, unless they are faulty.

Do SILVR deliver overseas?

What do I do if I recieve a faulty/incorrect item?

In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact care@silvrwellness.co.uk for advice. You may be required to provide proof of delivery and / or photographic evidence

I have entered the wrong shipping address, can this be changed?

If the order has been dispatched then it will be too late to amend your delivery address. If the order is still being prepared for dispatch please contact care@silvrwellness.co.uk for assistance. In some cases the order may be cancelled in order for you to place it again with the correct details

Subscription Service

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Yes, always. We will email you 3 days before your subscription is due to trigger so that any changes that you need to make can be done before the subscription triggers.

You can easily modify, skip or cancel your delivery in your account. To cancel your delivery we will need at least 2 business days notice to ensure the order is not dispatched.

Can I skip a month of my supplements?

Yes, just go to your account and adjust, or give us a call and we can do it with you

Do I have to give notice to cancel my subscription?

If you decide to cancel your subscription please give us 3 business days' notice before your next delivery is due to ensure this can be cancelled in time

How can I update my payment method?

Can I change the frequency of my subscription?

Yes, no problem. Just reach out to our Customer Care team who will be happy to change the frequency of your orders to 60 or 90 days.If you're outside of the UK, we recommend you sign up to 3 bottles every 90 days to reduce the carbon footprint of your order and save on shipping charges

Subscription rules during seasonal sales and promotions

During the year we will run seasonal sales and promotional offers. These offers will be additional to your subscription price and will only be valid for the duration of the sale or promotion i.e. If you purchase a subscription during a sale and take advantage of a further discount, this discount will only apply to your first initial purchase and will resume to the standard 20% off offer each month thereafter. Also please note, this offer cannot be in in conjunction with any other further offer during the period of the sale or promotion.
